New Address - trade shows and conferences that set the direction for the market
Nowy Adres sp. z o.o. has been observing the trade fair and conference market for many years, developing and changing along with it.
The foundation of the company’s activity is the residential and commercial real estate market. This is where our flagship conference series were created - Forum Rynku Nieruchomości (FRN) and PRES Polish Real Estate Summit - bringing together developers, investors and experts to discuss the directions in which the sector is developing.
Alongside them is the Targi Mieszkań i Domów series, organised in Poland’s largest cities: Warsaw, Poznań, Wrocław and Kraków, and recently supplemented by Targi Domów Gotowych in response to growing interest in modern single-family housing, presenting manufacturers of prefabricated, modular and timber-frame houses.
In recent years, the event portfolio has also included Akademia Rynku Nieruchomości – a B2C event in a “conf-expo” format providing knowledge and practical support at every stage of purchasing real estate, as well as the FERN – Forum Ekologicznych Rozwiązań dla Nieruchomości conference, bringing together topics related to sustainable construction and energy-efficient solutions in one place.
The second pillar of our activity is the investment real estate and construction market. The leading events in this segment are: Hotel Investors Meeting - an exclusive meeting of investors, developers and hotel chain operators, and the Investment Real Estate Exhibition INRE, aimed at investors interested in holiday apartments, second homes and condo hotels.
The portfolio is complemented by the Kongres Budownictwa Polskiego - an event integrating the construction and infrastructure sectors, public administration, the financial sector and related businesses. Nowy Adres is the organisational partner of the third edition of the Congress.
The third dynamically developing area is the medical and laboratory sector. Since 2023, Nowy Adres has organised the LABS EXPO Laboratory Equipment and Technology Exhibition in Poznań - the largest event for the laboratory industry in Poland, presenting equipment and solutions for medical, industrial, analytical, biological, pharmaceutical and cosmetic laboratories.
The second recurring event is SALMED, dedicated to medical equipment and supplies. The event provides an excellent opportunity to explore modern solutions that support the development of healthcare and improve the efficiency of medical staff.
Both events bring together decision-makers from laboratories, quality control departments, R&D departments, universities and scientific and research institutions, and are accompanied by numerous conferences, seminars and expert lectures.
The company’s portfolio is complemented by Forum Dostępności and Smart Expo - an exhibition of smart solutions for the home and garden, launched in 2023.
Nowy Adres also has its own brand, Nowe Stoisko, which since 2010 has provided comprehensive individual exhibition stand solutions - from design and supervision of preparations through to final implementation - for clients throughout Poland and at major events across Europe.
The company’s development is supported by strong industry partnerships. Since 2015, Nowy Adres has been a supporting member of the Polish Association of Developers, with which it jointly carries out numerous projects and initiatives, and since January 2018 it has been a subsidiary of the MTP Group - the largest organiser of trade fairs, conferences and events in Central and Eastern Europe. Thanks to such a broad portfolio and strong partnerships, Nowy Adres remains a point of reference for three different yet interconnected industries - residential real estate, commercial real estate and the medical and laboratory sector.
