Not familiar with the place? Check it out!

You don’t need to know every street to properly analyse a location abroad. What you do need to know, however, is what questions to ask the developer, the estate agent and the company responsible for future letting.

Buying property in an unfamiliar country often starts with a fascination with the place. However, an investment decision should take into account much more than just the climate, the landscape and the destination’s popularity on social media.

It is worth checking what drives local demand, how long the season lasts, whether the area is active all year round, how the infrastructure is developing, and how many competing properties might come onto the market. The scenario for a future sale is also important – in other words, answering the question of who will want to buy the property and why.

During the INRE Fair, visitors will be able to compare overseas markets and cross-check information provided by various exhibitors and experts. The event combines the presentation of overseas properties with knowledge on how to purchase them wisely and safely.
