Oman on the global real estate investment map
During the INRE trade fair, experts will highlight the investment potential of Oman—a country increasingly referred to as the “Switzerland of the Middle East.”
One of the topics to be discussed at the INRE will be Oman’s growing popularity as an investment destination for foreign capital. As part of the Investment Zone, we have scheduled a presentation titled “Oman – Investment Opportunities in the Switzerland of the Middle East,” which will highlight the potential of this rapidly growing market.
Oman is attracting increasing attention from investors thanks to its political stability and long-term economic development strategy. The country is often referred to as the “Switzerland of the Middle East,” in part due to its neutral policy and stable business environment.
Additionally, the government is implementing the Vision 2040 program, which aims to diversify the economy and develop sectors such as tourism, infrastructure, and real estate. The growing interest in the region also stems from the development of the real estate market and the rising demand for tourism and residential projects.
During the presentation, participants will learn what factors influence Oman’s investment appeal, what opportunities the local real estate market offers, and why an increasing number of investors are considering this destination as an alternative to other Middle Eastern markets.
